Witch hazel is the oldest astringent in the pharmacy and it has never really been improved on. This is a pure extract in a base of water and alcohol at fourteen percent, and that is the entire ingredient list.
Used as a toner it tightens the feel of skin after cleansing. It is also what Dolphin Clinic use as the base for their Insect Repellant, and it turns up in the Shower Steamers.
Sweep over the face on a cotton pad after cleansing, or spray directly.
