Ayurveda translates as the science of life. It is a traditional Indian system of health built on the idea that wellbeing comes from balance between body, mind, spirit and community. Ayurvedic practitioners work with a person's constitution, or prakruti, and the three doshas of vata, pitta and kapha.

Ayush Herbs formulates so that its products suit any dosha combination, which makes the range broadly useful rather than narrowly prescribed.

On Ayush Herbs' own farms and the surrounding hills of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills of northern India. This is the native habitat of most of the herbs in the range, and many are grown by farming families who have worked with these plants for decades.

Herbs are grown without pesticides, insecticides, herbicides or chemical fertilisers.

Herbs are processed at Ayush Herbs' own clean energy powered ISO and GMP certified plant in Nagrota Bagwan, then tested for potency and quality as well as pesticides, contaminants, heavy metals and microbial growth.

Products are tested again on arrival in the United States for microbial contaminants and heavy metals. Results are published through TagOne, a supplement tracing system that lets you see the testing and specifications for your specific bottle.

Several are, including the Ashwagandha capsules and Ashwagandha Drops, which carry USDA Certified Organic status. Across the wider range Ayush Herbs holds certifications in organic practices as well as ISO and US FDA Good Manufacturing Practice.

Ashwagandha is the usual starting point and the most versatile single herb in the range. Trifal is the classical triphala formula for daily digestive support, and SupraMag is a straightforward five form magnesium.
