Each capsule contains:
Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol succinate) - 30 mg
Biotin - 5 mg
Hyaluronic Acid (from sodium hyaluronate) - 120 mg
Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride - 100 mg
Grape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) (seed) - 100 mg
Astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis extract) - 4 mg

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, modified starch, corn starch, dried glucose syrup, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions: Take 1 capsule per day with or without food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
