Fresh blueberries, freeze-dried and milled - nothing else. The low-temperature process locks in the antioxidants, colour and flavour of the fruit, and it takes roughly 9 grams of fresh berries to make each gram of powder.
Stir it through smoothies, yoghurt, cereal or baking for real blueberry flavour and colour whatever the season. Certified organic, vegan and gluten free.

A single-ingredient powder made by freeze-drying certified organic blueberries and milling them fine, with no colourings, preservatives or GM material. Freeze-drying removes water at low temperature, so the anthocyanin pigments and antioxidant capacity of the fresh berry survive intact.
