Borlotti have a smooth, creamy texture and a mild nutty flavour, which is why they turn up in minestrone, pasta e fagioli and warm salads. Cooked in water and nothing else, in a BPA-free lined can. No soaking, no salt added, and certified organic.

Certified Organic Borlotti Beans 60%, Water

Instructions

Drain and rinse, then use straight from the can: no soaking and no boiling needed. Good in minestrone, pasta and bean dishes, and warm salads.
Once opened, refrigerate in airtight container and consume within 2 days.
