Coconut aminos is fermented coconut blossom sap, with a little onion, garlic and cayenne. It is milder and slightly sweeter than soy sauce, with the same savoury depth, which is why it suits paleo and soy-free cooking. From the Philippines, packed in New Zealand. Certified organic.

Instructions

Use in place of soy sauce in dressings, marinades, stir-fries and as a dipping sauce.
