Thick, rich coconut cream, and just coconut and water.

Sri Lankan organic coconuts pressed into a 55% coconut cream, with no gums or emulsifiers holding it together, so stir it before use. Richer than coconut milk, for curries, desserts, whipped cream alternatives and coffee.

Certified Organic Coconut 55%, Water

Instructions

Stir well before use. Once opened, move to a non-metallic container, refrigerate and use within two days.
Shake well before using. Product may solidify in cool temperature but will melt when warmed. This has no effect on flavour or quality. Once opened, put unused product in a non-metallic container and refrigerate. Use within two days.
