Harvested under the Mediterranean sun and kept in sea salt, water and organic lemon juice, with no colourants or artificial preservatives. Straight onto a platter, into a salad or a tagine.

Instructions

Keep the olives covered in brine once opened, refrigerate and use within 10 days.
