DESCRIPTION
Instant noodles have a reputation, and most of it is earned: palm oil, MSG, a seasoning sachet with a paragraph of numbers in it. These are the version without any of that.
The noodle cake is two ingredients, certified organic wheat flour and sea salt, and it is air dried rather than flash fried, which is why the fat content is 0.7g a serve rather than the 15 to 20g typical of the category.
The chicken seasoning is vegan. It gets there with shiitake mushroom powder, onion, garlic, coriander and black pepper rather than any chicken, so the whole thing suits vegetarians and vegans.
Four minutes in boiling water. Eat it as a ramen style soup with the broth, or drain it for a dry noodle dish.
