DESCRIPTION

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar from New Zealand apples, with the mother still in it.

Tree-ripened New Zealand organic apples are cold-pressed without heat or chemicals, then fermented. It is unpasteurised, unfiltered and undiluted, which is why you will see the cloudy strands of the mother settle in the bottle. Zesty, sharp and good in dressings.

Certified Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Fermented Apple Juice) 100%

Instructions

Shake gently to disperse the mother. Use in dressings and marinades, or dilute a teaspoon in a glass of water.
Store ambient.
