DESCRIPTION

Red Thai curry paste with chilli, lemongrass, galangal, coriander and cumin, at a medium heat.

Made in Sri Lanka from organic herbs and spices with coconut oil, coconut vinegar and a little coconut sugar. Vegan, 175g.

Ingredients

Water, Herbs & Spices (Chilli*, Lemongrass*, Galangal*, Coriander*,Cumin*, Lime Leaves*), Onion*, Garlic*, Salt, Coconut oil*, Coconut Sugar*, Coconut Vinegar* (*Certified Organic)

Instructions

Fry the paste briefly in oil, then add coconut milk and simmer.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once open and use within 2 weeks.
