DESCRIPTION

Twelve 40g bars with 16.9g of protein each, made from organic grass-fed Australian beef.

It is like jerky in a bar, but tender and easy to chew. Smokey BBQ is a sweet and smoky barbecue flavour with warm spice. The beef is slow dried with amaranth, currants and coconut aminos, with no added nitrates or nitrites and no soy.

A box of 12 covers a couple of weeks of lunchboxes, hikes and long days. Made in Australia by Chief.

Ingredients

Organic grass-fed beef (77%), amaranth flour, spice mix (salt, sugar, rice flour, garlic, capsicum, spices, onion, acidity regulator [sodium acetate], marjoram), coconut amino sauce, currants, vinegar, lactic acid, smoke flavour. Spices include paprika, cinnamon, clove, pepper and a slight touch of chilli.

Nutrition per 40g bar | energy 538kJ, protein 16.9g, fat 3.0g (saturated 1.2g), carbohydrate 7.8g (sugars 3.9g), sodium 856mg.
