DESCRIPTION

13.2g of protein and 0.7g of carbohydrate in a 30g bag of air dried organic grass-fed beef.

Biltong is steak that is marinated in vinegar and spices, then slow air dried, so it stays tender rather than tough. Smokey BBQ is sweet smoke and warm spice. There are no nasty preservatives, no soy and no seed oils.

Small enough for a pocket or lunchbox. Made in Australia by Chief.

Ingredients

Organic halal grass-fed grass-finished beef (92%), vinegar, organic coconut aminos, salt (Himalayan salt), sugar, rice flour, garlic, capsicum, spices, onion, acidity regulator (sodium acetate), marjoram. Spices include paprika, cinnamon, clove, pepper and chilli.

Nutrition per 30g serve | energy 320kJ, protein 13.2g, fat 2.3g (saturated 0.8g), carbohydrate 0.7g (sugars 0.7g), sodium 384mg.
