DESCRIPTION

Twelve 30g bags of air dried organic grass-fed beef, each with 13.6g of protein.

Biltong is steak that is marinated in vinegar and spices, then slow air dried, so it stays tender rather than tough. Cayenne Chilli is the traditional spice mix with chilli and paprika, and no garlic or onion. There are no nasty preservatives, no soy and no seed oils.

A box keeps the car, office and tramping pack stocked. Made in Australia by Chief.

Organic grass-fed beef (92%), coconut aminos, vinegar, salt, chilli, spices (cumin, nutmeg, paprika and black pepper). No garlic or onion.
