Maltose, mixture of lactic ferments (Streptococcus thermophilus NCIMB 30438, Bifidobacterium breve NCIMB 30441, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis NCIMB 30435, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis NCIMB 30436, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCIMB 30442, Lactobacillus plantarum NCIMB 30437, Lactobacillus paracasei NCIMB 30439, Lactobacillus helveticus NCIMB 30440).

Older packs under the Vivomixx name listed two of these as Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis, and one as Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. The strains are unchanged, the names follow the current reclassification.

Adults and children from seven years: one to two sachets a day. Children from three to six years: up to half a sachet a day.

Stir into a cool, non-fizzy drink, yoghurt or fruit juice and take straight away. Do not add it to anything hot, as heat reduces the live count.
