Older packs under the Vivomixx name listed two of these as Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis, and one as Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. The strains are unchanged, the names follow the current reclassification.

One to four capsules a day, preferably before meals, with water. Many people take it in the morning on an empty stomach, in the evening, or both.

The capsule can be opened and the powder stirred into a cool, non-fizzy drink or soft food. Do not add it to anything hot.
