You control the strength, from a light all-day sipper to a stronger post-workout mix. Underneath the flavour it's organic Australian lake salt, magnesium and potassium, formulated to support everyday hydration with zero added sugar.

Ingredients

Organic Australian lake salt (Lake Deborah, Western Australia), magnesium gluconate, potassium chloride, natural raspberry flavour, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (organic stevia).

Instructions

Add one level scoop to 300-500ml of cold water in a glass, bottle or shaker and stir or shake until dissolved. Use more water for a lighter taste, less for a stronger, saltier hit. Enjoy in the morning, before or after exercise, while fasting, or any time you want a hydration boost. Suggested 1-3 serves daily; do not exceed 3 serves per day unless advised by a healthcare professional.
