Ingredients
- Contains one sachet each of eight flavours. Flavoured sachets: organic Australian lake salt (Lake Deborah, Western Australia), magnesium gluconate, potassium chloride, natural flavour, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (organic stevia). Unflavoured sachet: organic Australian lake salt / sodium chloride, magnesium gluconate, potassium chloride, anti-caking agent (silica).
Instructions
Add one sachet to 300–500ml of cold water in a glass, bottle or shaker and stir or shake until dissolved. Use more water for a lighter taste, less for a stronger, saltier hit. Enjoy in the morning, before or after exercise, while fasting, or any time you want a hydration boost. Suggested 1–3 serves daily; do not exceed 3 serves per day unless advised by a healthcare professional.
