Pure New Zealand sea salt (from Kaikoura, New Zealand), Pure Celtic sea salt (from Normany, France), Certified organic Giant Kelp (South Island, New Zealand)

Sprinkle over food or add to cooking water.
You can use salt outside your kitchen:
- Adding a cup of salt to a warm bath can help relieve dry, itchy skin and support the healing of minor cuts and abrasions.
- Excellent for boosting pot plant nutrients - 1/4 teaspoon to 5 litres of water every 3 months. Don't try this with common table salt - your plants may curl up and die.

Celtic and New Zealand sea salt delivers naturally occuring minerals and trace elements including selenium, potassium, iodine, calcium and magnesium. These beneficial trace elements help the body absorb nutrients from food and are required for healthy adrenal, immune and thyroid function.

We've added New Zealand Giant Kelp to our blend to ensure a good source of iodine (127mcg/gram of salt). Iodine is essential for healthy thyroid function.

Salt increases saliva and gastric secretions to help break down carbohydrates into cell usable nutrients.

Using a natural sea salt is an effective way to avoid the additives and fillers found in common table salt and source essential micronutrients that are stripped out of table salt during the refining process.
