We've added New Zealand Giant Kelp to our blend to ensure a good source of iodine (127mcg/gram of salt). Iodine is essential for healthy thyroid function.

Using a natural sea salt is an effective way to avoid the additives and fillers found in common table salt and source essential micronutrients that are stripped out of table salt during the refining process.

You can use salt outside your kitchen:
- Adding a cup of salt to a warm bath can help relieve dry, itchy skin and support the healing of minor cuts and abrasions.
- Excellent for boosting pot plant nutrients - 1/4 teaspoon to 5 litres of water every 3 months. Don't try this with common table salt - your plants may curl up and die.
