Chief started in Australia with a simple brief: snacks with real protein and ingredients you can read. The range now covers sweet collagen protein bars, savoury beef brisket bars and biltong, protein powders and organ meat capsules.

The collagen bars are built on cashews and grass-fed bovine collagen, sweetened with maple syrup and monk fruit, with no sugar alcohols or seed oils. The savoury range uses organic grass-fed Australian beef, slow dried with no added nitrates or soy.
