Directions (traditional tea): Sift 1/2 teaspoon into a bowl, add 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until foamy. Pour into a mug and top with more hot water to taste.
Directions (latte): Sift 1/2 teaspoon into a cup, add 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water and whisk for 1-2 minutes. Heat 1 cup of milk with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut sugar, pour into the cup and dust with extra matcha powder. Also works in smoothies, raw desserts, ice cream, pancakes and baking.
Caution: Ingredients do not contain gluten but are packed in a facility that may handle products containing gluten, nuts and sesame seeds.
Storage: Reseal pouch. Store in a cool, dry place, or refrigerate for maximum shelf-life.
