DESCRIPTION

Everyday organic penne with a little more bran in it.

Semi-wholewheat organic durum wheat pasta from Italy, dried slowly so it keeps some of the bran closest to the heart of the grain. That gives it almost double the fibre of traditional white pasta, with the same quick cook time, taste and texture. Contains gluten.

Ingredients

Certified Organic Semi-Whole Durum Wheat Semolina

Instructions

Allow one litre of water per 100g. Salt once boiling and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
Store in a cool, dry place.
