Yellow Thai curry paste, the mildest of the three, with turmeric, ginger and cumin.

Made in Sri Lanka from organic herbs and spices with coconut oil, coconut vinegar and a little coconut sugar. Vegan, 175g.

Ingredients

Water, Herbs & Spices (Coriander*,Lemongrass*, Galangal*, Ginger*, Cumin*, Turmeric*, Chilli*), Onion*, Garlic*, Coconut Sugar*, Salt, Coconut Oil*, Coconut Vinegar* (*Certified Organic)

Instructions

Fry the paste briefly in oil, then add coconut milk and simmer.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once open and use within 2 weeks.
