DESCRIPTION

13.6g of protein and 0.9g of carbohydrate in a 30g bag of air dried organic grass-fed beef.

Biltong is steak that is marinated in vinegar and spices, then slow air dried, so it stays tender rather than tough. Traditional is seasoned simply with cumin, nutmeg and black pepper, with no garlic or onion. There are no nasty preservatives, no soy and no seed oils.

Small enough for a pocket or lunchbox. Made in Australia by Chief.
