Magnesium-Diasporal 300mg is a granulate for oral solution, made in Germany with magnesium citrate. Each 5g sachet provides 300mg of magnesium. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water, juice or tea — around 200ml — once daily, unless otherwise directed. Alongside magnesium citrate the formula contains sucrose, citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, riboflavin and orange flavouring, so it is not sugar free. Twenty sachets per pack.
