GenoMULTI Active B uses the forms the body can put straight to work: levomefolic acid as 5-MTHF rather than folic acid, vitamin B12 as hydroxocobalamin and mecobalamin, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate. Around them sit vitamins A, C, D, E and K2, the essential minerals including zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium and iron, and a group of antioxidant phytonutrients, among them citrus bioflavonoids, marigold lutein and resveratrol from Japanese knotweed.
