Two things. It carries the four enzymes and proteins found naturally in saliva, and it deliberately leaves out the ingredients that dry the mouth. The toothpaste has no sodium lauryl sulphate, the detergent that makes most toothpaste foam and also dries, and the mouthwash and spray contain no alcohol or menthol, so there is no sting.

The full routine is toothpaste morning and night, mouthwash after brushing, the gel last thing before bed because it stays put longest, and the spray in a bag or on a desk for during the day. You do not need all four, but the toothpaste and one of the others is a sensible start.

Only the toothpaste, as sodium monofluorophosphate at around 1000ppm. The gel and mouthwash are deliberately fluoride free because they are left in the mouth or used several times a day rather than rinsed and spat.

The mouthwash and the gel are both safe if swallowed, which matters for anyone who finds rinsing and spitting difficult. The toothpaste contains fluoride and should be spat out as usual.

Yes. The mouth gel in particular is suitable for denture wearers and for mouth breathers, and it can be used on the gums as well as the tongue and cheeks.
