DESCRIPTION

Long brown seaweed branches that look like spaghetti and soften into something close to it.

Sea spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata) from the EU, packed in New Zealand. It takes on the flavour of whatever you soak it in. Pacific Harvest is a New Zealand seaweed company that tests its seaweed for contaminants and packs it here.

Ingredients

Sea Spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata) seaweed 100%.

Instructions

Soak in tepid water or another liquid for at least 30 minutes, then use in salads, soups, stir-fries and pasta.
