Around it, gymnema, cassia, fenugreek, amla, holy basil and jambolan bring the Ayurvedic side, while poria, Chinese yam, anemarrhena, astragalus and American ginseng bring the traditional Chinese side. Chromium, zinc, alpha lipoic acid, milk thistle, taurine and a medicinal mushroom blend complete it. The formula supports normal macronutrient metabolism.
