Directions:
Adults take 3 capsules per day, with water and preferably a meal. Ideally taken in one capsule doses, morning, afternoon and one hour before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The maximum dose is 4 grams of Magtein® per day. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary. Reduce the dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than one week. Allergy Advice: although rigorous precautions are taken to prevent any cross-contamination, this product is manufactured in a facility that also handles allergy-based materials.
