Plenty of people take a B-complex for years without getting much from it. A common reason is the forms used: cheaper B vitamins arrive in shapes the body has to convert before it can use them, and not everyone converts them well.
This one skips that step. Every B vitamin in it is already in its activated form - riboflavin-5-phosphate rather than plain riboflavin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate rather than pyridoxine, methyltetrahydrofolate rather than folic acid. Vitamin B12 is supplied as both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, the two forms the body puts to work in different places, rather than the cyanocobalamin most complexes use. Thiamine appears twice as well, as standard thiamine and as benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form.
Each capsule also carries 100mg of L-theanine, an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves.
One capsule daily. A clear vegetable capsule with nothing in it beyond magnesium stearate and sunflower lecithin, which matters if you are the sort of person who reads the second half of the label.
