DESCRIPTION

Egyptian-grown Pimpinella anisum seeds are distilled for this certified organic single oil, supplied 100% pure and undiluted. Its aroma is rich, sweet and warmly spiced, unmistakably anise from the first drop.

One or two drops suit a steam inhalation, a warm compress or a short bath, while two to five drops dilute into olive oil for an abdominal massage. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to support normal digestive function.

Ingredients

Pimpinella anisum (Aniseed) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Steam inhalation: add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe the vapour. Massage: dilute 2-5 drops in 1/2 tsp of olive oil and massage into the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Bath or compress: add 1-2 drops to a warm bath or a warm compress; limit baths to 15 minutes. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
