Ingredients

Thiamin (as thiamine hydrochloride) 25 mg; Riboflavin (as riboflavin-5'-phosphate sodium) 20 mg; Niacin (as inositol hexanicotinate and nicotinic acid) 50 mg NE; Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 20 mg; Biotin 500 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 150 mg. Instructions

Take 1 capsule daily with food or without food or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
