Lavender Spike (Lavandula latifolia), Eucalyptus Australiana, Eucalyptus Blue Gum (Eucalyptus globulus), Fir Balsam (Abies balsamea), Spruce Black (Picea mariana). All certified organic.

Add 1-5 drops to a diffuser in the child's room and refresh every couple of hours as needed, or add 1-2 drops to bedding or clothing. For topical use from six months, blend 1-3 drops into almond oil and apply to the chest or the soles of the feet. Do not apply neat to a baby's skin. For the bath, mix 1-5 drops into half a cup of milk before adding it to the water, and limit the bath to 15 minutes.
