Ingredients
- Sleep Easy Pure Blend 10ml — Lavender Sweet, Orange Sweet, Lavender True, Mandarin, Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Chamomile Oil. Baby Breathe Pure Blend 10ml — Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus Australiana, Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Fir Balsam, Spruce Black. Chamomile Roman 3% in Jojoba 10ml — Jojoba Oil, Chamomile Oil (Anthemis nobilis). All certified organic.
Instructions
Sleep Easy and Baby Breathe: add 2-4 drops to a diffuser for 20 minutes and replenish as required; or add 1-2 drops to a collar or pillow; or dilute 2 drops in 1/4 tsp of almond oil or body oil and massage gently into the wrists and neck; or mix 1-5 drops into 1 tsp of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy) and add to the bath as the water runs, limiting baths to 15 minutes. Chamomile Roman 3% in Jojoba is already diluted: smooth it clockwise over the tummy, or onto the cheeks, calves and back. Essential oils should not be applied neat to a baby's skin. Avoid contact with eyes.
