Memory and concentration
Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser in the room where you study or work, or where concentration is required. Repeat as necessary.
Muscle relief
Add 3-5 drops to 10 drops of a carrier oil, such as Olive or Almond oil, and massage into the muscles. For optimum results add 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Lavender True. Repeat as necessary.
Digestion
Blend 2-3 drops in 2ml of Olive oil and massage into your stomach in a clockwise direction. For optimum results add 3 drops of Peppermint oil. Repeat as necessary.
Safety considerations
May cause irritation to sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This oil is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentially ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with Olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
