Benefiber is a dietary fibre that dissolves completely,

free you can mix it with hot or cold drinks such as coffee and juice.
In fact, you can even use it in hot or cold soft foods like yoghurt,
ice cream, sauces or soups.
Adults should start by taking one serve of Benefiber per day and gradually increase their intake after several days as required. This will help your body to adjust to a higher fibre intake.
Children aged 12 and over, and adults should not take more than 4 serves per day.
Children aged 4-11 should start with half a serve per day and gradually increase their intake after several days as required up to 1 serve per day.
