DESCRIPTION

Magnesium bisglycinate, which is the form people usually move to when magnesium oxide has not agreed with them.

BePure Magnesium Restore provides 300mg of magnesium as bisglycinate per daily serving of two capsules, with 100mg of L-carnitine alongside it. Bisglycinate is magnesium chelated to the amino acid glycine.

Two capsules daily, with or without food. Sixty capsules is a month at that rate, a hundred and twenty is two months and works out cheaper per capsule.

Take it away from any medication, and watch your total if you already use another supplement containing magnesium.

Suitable from age 12, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Independently third party tested.
