A daily serving of two capsules of BePure Skin Rescue provides 100mg of diindolylmethane, 1000mg of MSM and 15mg of zinc as zinc gluconate. DIM is a compound formed from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale and cabbage, MSM is a naturally occurring sulphur compound, and zinc gluconate is one of the better absorbed forms of the mineral.

Two capsules daily with food. Thirty capsules is a fifteen day trial, sixty is a straight month, and a hundred and twenty is two months at the best price per capsule.
