Instructions

Mix 1 level scoop (5.8 g) into 200 ml of water, stir well and drink. Take once daily, at any time of day, with or without food. Drink plenty of water across the day while using creatine. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.
