Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) are herbs that may be beneficial for supporting sleep. They aid falling asleep and overall sleep duration by supporting the nervous system.
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) is a herb that has a calming effect on the nervous system, helping reduce worry and irritability, and supporting a restful night’s sleep.
Hops strobile (Humulus lupulus) is a herb which has been used for centuries to support sleep. It can help support sleep quality and duration.
Also contains magnesium which may help ease muscle and nervous tension, to support falling asleep and staying asleep. Magnesium bisglycinate is well absorbed and doesn’t cause stomach upsets like other forms of magnesium.
L-theanine has a calming effect on the brain. Research has shown that it can help reduce worry and stress.
