- Calm Birth Pure Blend 5ml — Lavender Sweet, Lavender True, Mandarin, Palmarosa, Spearmint, Sandalwood Australian, Geranium, Clary Sage. Start Birth Oil Blend 10ml — Jojoba Oil, Geranium, Clary Sage, Tarragon French, Jasmine Absolute, Sage. Labour Support Pure Blend 5ml — Lavender Sweet, Lavender True, Wild Mint, Peppermint, Chamomile Oil, Nutmeg. Certified organic.
Instructions
Start Birth: apply 5 drops to warm water, soak a cloth and wring it out, then apply to the lower back as a compress 3-6 times a day once the due date has arrived; it is pre-diluted in jojoba and needs no further dilution. Labour Support: add 5 drops to a hot compress and apply to the lower back, or add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Calm Birth: add 2-5 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, or 1 drop to the collar as required; for massage, mix 5 drops into 1 teaspoon of Untouched Body Cream. The pure blends should not be applied neat to a baby's skin.
