Eucalyptus Australiana (Eucalyptus radiata), Pine Scotch (Pinus sylvestris), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Mint Wild (Mentha arvensis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Rosemary Cineol (Rosmarinus officinalis ct. cineol), Fennel Sweet (Foeniculum vulgare dulce), Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum). Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser, replenishing as required. Steam inhalation: add 3-5 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in gently. Massage: mix 10 drops into 1/4 tsp of carrier oil or cream and massage into the chest and back, up to five times daily. Bath: add 10 drops to bath water and mix through. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
