Skullcap, passionflower, chamomile and vervain are the nervines Western herbalists reach for when the mind will not settle, and holy basil brings the Ayurvedic side. English lavender flower essential oil is included as well, which you can smell when you open the bottle.

It comes as 60 capsules vegan Liquid Phyto-Caps. Gaia Herbs grows much of what it uses on a certified organic farm in the mountains of North Carolina, and has done since 1987. Every batch is purity tested before it is bottled. Vegan, and made without gluten or dairy.

Serving size: 3 Capsules. Servings per container: 20.

Each serving provides:

- Herbal Extract Blend: 1,440 mg
Organic Skullcap aerial parts extract, Organic Passionflower flowering vine, Organic Chamomile flower, Organic Vervain aerial parts, Holy Basil leaf supercritical CO, extract
- Organic English Lavender flower essential oil: 60mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, water, vegan capsule (hypromellose), sunflower lecithin, olive oil, and organic rice hulls.
