Our Calming Tea is a blend of herbs such as Shankhapushpi and Brahmi traditionally used to help relax and unwind after a stressful day or just before bed. This tea unites the effects of powerful ancient herbs to soothe the mind and usher in a great night's rest.
Often referred to as Medhya (memory-enhancing) herbs, Shankhapushi is known to help minimise mental fatigue over time, while Brahmi is a powerful memory booster and anti-stress herb.
Add ½ to 1 tsp of tea to one cup of hot water and steep for 3 minutes. Strain and drink while hot. Add honey for sweetness (only after the water is warm).
