DESCRIPTION

A caramel and cookie dough plant based bar made in Nelson, built on pea protein with almond butter for body and cacao nibs for crunch. Each 52g bar carries 15.6g of protein and 4.0g of sugar, sweetened with monkfruit and stevia.

Underneath the flavour it does the same quiet work as the rest of the range: 8.8g of dietary fibre, 3.5mg of zinc and 500 million CFU of Bacillus coagulans, a probiotic stable enough to sit on a shelf without refrigeration.

Sweeter on the front than the chocolate fudge without tipping into sugary, and the nibs cut through the caramel. Vegan, gluten free and soy free.

Pea Protein, Soluble Fibre (Tapioca), Coconut Oil, Brown Rice Syrup, Almond Butter, Vegetable Glycerine, Natural Flavours, Sunflower Lecithin, Cacao Nibs (2.9%), Natural Sweeteners (Monkfruit Extract, Stevia), Salt, Probiotics (Bacillus Coagulans), Mineral Salt (Zinc).

Instructions

Eat one bar as a snack or alongside a meal. Store below 25C, out of direct sunlight. Best eaten at room temperature - a cold bar firms up considerably.
