Massage: add a few drops to 5ml of olive oil and massage into the desired area in a clockwise direction, repeating as required. Chest rub: add a few drops to 1 tsp of carrier oil and smooth over the chest. Bath: add 5 drops, alone or with oils such as eucalyptus australiana or thyme thymol, and keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes. Diffusion: add a few drops with ylang ylang and/or black pepper. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test a small area first.
