Thick and slow to absorb, it can be massaged straight into skin, warmed onto a cloth as a compress, or used as a base for diluting essential oils. Traditionally used in aromatherapy to support skin hydration and joint mobility.

Ingredients
- 100% pure Ricinus communis (Castor), virgin, cold pressed beans, Germany. Certified organic. Hexane free and GMO free.
Instructions
Massage: apply 1 tsp directly to the desired area and around the joints, morning or night, repeating as required. Compress: soak a clean, colour-free cotton cloth in warm castor oil, place it over the area, cover with plastic and a towel, add a hot water bottle and rest for up to two hours; rinse afterwards with water and baking soda. Abdominal massage: gently warm 1 Tbsp and massage over the stomach in a clockwise direction. Skin cleanse: massage 1 Tbsp into the face and neck for two to three minutes, then rinse. As a carrier: dilute essential oils into castor oil before applying to skin — it blends well with arnica infused oil, Lavender True, Lavender Spike and Juniper Berry. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
