Warm slightly and massage into the skin, or apply to a cloth as a compress over the desired area. It also works as a facial cleansing oil and blends well with arnica infused oil and lavender.

Ingredients
- Ricinus communis (Castor) — 100% pure virgin, cold-pressed bean oil. Certified organic. Hexane and GE free. Origin: Germany.
Instructions
Massage 1 tsp directly into the skin and around the joints, or gently warm 1 Tbsp and massage over the abdomen in a clockwise direction. For a compress, soak a clean, colour-free cotton cloth in warm castor oil, place it over the desired area, cover with plastic and a towel, and rest for up to 2 hours, then rinse with water and baking soda. For facial cleansing, massage 1 Tbsp into the face and neck for 2-3 minutes, then rinse. Blends well with arnica infused oil, Lavender True, Lavender Spike and Juniper Berry. Patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
